1. Purpose

This Member Agreement governs your participation as a user on Hire410 within your selected church-based community.

This Agreement supplements the Terms & Conditions and does not replace them.

2. Member Role

As a member, you may:

• View profiles

• Communicate with other users

• Request or offer help

• Engage with independent providers

You are not:

• An employee of Hire410

• A representative of Hire410

• A representative of any church

• Authorized to act on behalf of Hire410 or any church

3. Church Community Framework

Churches displayed on Hire410:

• Serve only as community identifiers

Churches do not:

• Supervise users

• Control behavior

• Verify all members or providers

• Participate in interactions or transactions

Your use of Hire410 does not create any legal relationship between you and any church.

4. Member Conduct

You agree to:

• Act honestly and respectfully

• Communicate in good faith

• Provide accurate information

• Respect the privacy of others

You must not:

• Harass, threaten, or exploit others

• Provide false or misleading information

• Engage in illegal or harmful activities

• Pressure or manipulate other users

5. Service Interactions

When engaging with a provider:

• You enter into a direct relationship with that provider

• Hire410 is not a party to any agreement

• Churches are not involved in any transaction

You are solely responsible for:

• Evaluating providers

• Making decisions

• Any agreements or outcomes

6. Help Requests

When posting or responding to help requests:

• Participation is voluntary

• Helpers are independent individuals

Hire410 and churches:

• Do not guarantee assistance

• Do not verify qualifications of helpers

7. Messaging & Privacy

• Communication is limited to permitted platform boundaries

• You must not:

• Share private messages without consent

• Use messaging for harassment, spam, or coercion

8. No Endorsement

You understand that:

• Being listed on Hire410

• Belonging to the same church

Does not imply:

• Approval

• Endorsement

• Recommendation

By Hire410 or any church.

9. Risk Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• All interactions are at your own discretion

• Hire410 is a platform only

• Hire410 does not provide or manage services

You assume all risks related to:

• Interactions

• Communications

• Agreements

10. Reporting Misconduct

You agree to report:

• Suspicious activity

• Harmful behavior

Hire410 may review reports at its discretion and take appropriate action.

11. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• All activity conducted under your account

12. Suspension or Removal

Hire410 may:

• Restrict access

• Suspend accounts

• Remove users

Based on:

• Policy violations

• Safety or risk considerations

Hire410 is not obligated to take action in all cases.

13. Limitation of Responsibility

You agree that:

• Hire410 is not responsible for user interactions, services, or outcomes

• Churches are not responsible for any activity, interaction, or result

14. Scope

This Agreement applies to:

• All users of Hire410

• All interactions on the platform

• All community-based activities within Hire410

15. Acceptance

By registering or using Hire410, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement

• You agree to all terms
